Onmind is built by Onmind Studios on a simple principle: your thoughts are yours. This policy explains, plainly, what Onmind does and doesn't do with your information.
Onmind uses Apple's Foundation Models framework, the on-device large language model included with Apple Intelligence. When you send a message, the response is generated locally on your iPhone's or iPad's Neural Engine. Because the processing happens on the device, your prompts and conversations are not transmitted to us or to any third party for generation. Onmind functions in airplane mode.
Onmind 2.1 ships on iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Mac. On every one of them the model runs on that device, with one exception. On Apple Watch, the model does not run on the watch itself: the watch app sends your question to your paired iPhone using Apple's Watch Connectivity framework, a device-to-device channel and never a server, and the answer comes back the same way.

You can delete this content at any time from within the app, and you may add an optional Face ID lock to your conversations. Removing the app removes its on-device data.
Onmind asks for certain Apple system permissions only when you use the related feature, and the data is used solely on your device:
You can review or revoke these at any time in Settings on iPhone and iPad, or System Settings on the Mac.
Onmind can use a small set of built-in tools to answer you accurately instead of guessing. Every tool runs on your device against data already there, and each one names itself in the reply so you can see what was used.
Skills are short instruction files bundled inside the app that teach Onmind how to handle a recurring task, such as preparing for a meeting or reviewing a week. They are ordinary text shipped with the app, they do not collect anything, and they are not uploaded, synced or reported. A skill can only reach the tools listed above, and a skill whose tools are unavailable on your platform is hidden rather than run.
The Mac app adds tools that touch the machine, so it is worth being exact about their limits:
None of this is transmitted anywhere. File contents, clipboard text and system readings are used to answer the request in front of them and are not retained beyond your conversation, which stays on your Mac.
Onmind does not contact any server to function. There is no web search, no analytics endpoint, and no third-party AI service. Chat, images, voice, documents, tools and skills all happen on your device. The apps contain no networking code whatsoever: the only way a network is ever touched is if you ask the Mac app to open a link, which it passes to your browser.
Apple's Siri AI handles simple requests on device but sends harder ones to Apple's Private Cloud Compute, and the heaviest to a Google-operated cloud, with Apple stating that the data is anonymized and never stored. Onmind has no cloud tier at all: every response is generated on your device and the app makes no network requests, so there is nothing to send, anonymize, or store.
Onmind is a one-time, paid app purchased through the App Store, and the purchase covers iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Mac together. Payment is processed entirely by Apple; we never see or receive your payment details.
Onmind does not collect personal information from anyone, including children. We do not knowingly gather data from children under 13.
