Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 30, 2026

Onmind is built by Onmind Studios on a simple principle: your data should stay yours. This policy explains, plainly, what Onmind does and doesn't do with your information.

The short version

How Onmind works

Onmind uses Apple's Foundation Models framework — the on-device large language model included with Apple Intelligence. When you send a message, the response is generated locally on your device's Neural Engine. Because the processing happens on the device, your prompts and conversations are not transmitted to us or to any third party for generation. Onmind functions in airplane mode.

Information stored on your device

The following stay on your device, protected by iOS data protection, and are never uploaded by us:

You can delete this content at any time from within the app, and you may add an optional Face ID lock to your conversations. Removing the app removes its on-device data.

Device permissions

Onmind asks for certain Apple system permissions only when you use the related feature, and the data is used solely on your device:

You can review or revoke these at any time in the iOS Settings app.

No network requests

Onmind does not contact any server to function. There is no web search, no analytics endpoint, and no third-party AI service. Everything — chat, images, voice, documents — happens on your device.

Purchases

Onmind is a one-time, paid app purchased through the App Store. Payment is processed entirely by Apple; we never see or receive your payment details.

Children's privacy

Onmind does not collect personal information from anyone, including children. We do not knowingly gather data from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date above and post the revised version at this address.
